From pile to price

A real number in the driveway, in a few minutes.

No cubic-yard math and no mystery multiplier. Every price is built from what the job actually costs you.

  1. 01

    Size the pile by eye

Tap a fraction of your trailer. HaulPricer turns it into yards, weight and dump runs, with no measuring tape at the curb.

  2. 02

    Count what the job costs

Labor, disposal, fuel and equipment add up first. Your target margin goes on top, so the price is never a guess.

Straight answers

Before you use it on a job.

Can HaulPricer replace my CRM?

For most haulers, yes. Alongside the estimator it keeps your customers and leads, follows up on sent quotes, schedules pickups, and sends branded quotes, invoices and receipts. If you already love another CRM, you can still use HaulPricer just for pricing.

Do I need to know the pile's cubic yards?

No. Use the visual load guide and common item notes, or configure your trailer size so the estimate is translated into the loads your setup can actually carry.

Does it upload customer information?

The free estimator is designed to work locally without an account. Saved estimates and calibration data stay on your device unless you choose a future connected feature.

How does the price stay profitable?

HaulPricer adds labor, disposal, travel, equipment, and other costs first. Your target margin is then applied to the total cost, so the final price, expected profit, and margin agree.

Is the suggested price final?

It is a planning tool, not a guarantee. Confirm the pile, access, disposal rules, weight limits, and job scope before giving the customer a final bid.
